The Foundational Journey with Dr. Ruby Gibson
Sunrise Somatics™ is the entry point into the practice of Somatic Archaeology©. This 110-hour, 6-month foundational training focuses on personal integration, historical and generational trauma awareness, and embodied understanding. It is open to all. No clinical background is required.

Modules meet Saturday and Sunday. Support groups meet on Saturdays.
