HOME FREE! offers professional therapists and caregivers effective, non-pharmaceutical and non-invasive approaches to reducing combat stress caused by injury, anxiety and trauma. Our primary program design is guided by years of professional experience and the blending of contemporary techniques such as: Brainspotting™, Somatic Archaeology™, guided imagery, breath work, aromatherapy, nature meditation, yoga and other stress self-regulation models. HOME FREE! workbooks, audiovisual training, and client support tools are provided, along with veteran first-person presentations. Continuing education units are offered to allow individual therapists to apply training credits to meet their needs of state licensing requirements.

Somatic Archaeology™

Generational patterns of suffering are the hallmark and legacy of cultural loss, displacement, war, ethnocide, and traumatic events. Somatic Archaeology™, as a therapeutic collaboration between ancient traditions, transformational psychology, neuro-somatic techniques, breathwork, guided imagery, and earth-centered-spirituality, provides us with a 5-step process which unearths the origins of buried memories, historical amnesia, and the ensuing patterns of grief, chronic pain, addictions, anger, repetitive patterns, emotional burdens, stress syndromes, and relational issues. The release of somaticized emotions, supported by a focus on earth-centered resourcing and a dedication to personal awakening, allow us to “lighten our load” so that we can move into our future with hope, positivity, health, joy and gratitude.
