Somatic Archaeology has shaped my work as a therapist. It is a perspective that considers the physiological, emotional, psychological and spiritual dimensions of the healing process, aiming to recover aliveness in the body, I find this approach gentle, supportive, and multidimensional.
Konstanze has 13 years of experience as a Somatic Experiencing practitioner. She is also trained in Brainspotting, Somatic Archaeology and Native American healing traditions which have all profoundly shaped her understanding of generational trauma and she integrates these approaches into a warm and creative blend.
Traditional Dine' Practitioner/Healer
Somatic Archaeology is a bridge between bodywork, human behavior, and spirituality. It has been significant in shaping my work as a therapist. It is a gentle, yet powerful work that supports my clients toward growth, health, and happiness. I am continually humbled as I witness the often profound life changes in my clients, as well as the impact on my life, as we become more reflective of who we are, what we believe, and what we cherish.
Somatic Archaeology helps remove the limitations of fear based thoughts, unresolved trauma, triggers that cause stress, and unwanted emotional and behavioral patterns. With recognition and resolution of past events, you can move forward and change your life story.
Lisa specializes in trauma therapy with a background in EMDR, Brainspotting, and Somatic Archaeology. She believes trauma cannot be fully resolved without clearing it from our bodies, as well as our minds and our Soul.
Mary works as a body-centered psychotherapist, nature-based soul guide, and vision quest guide. Through her private practice she offers a holistic, earth-centered, body-mind-spirit-soul approach to individuals in support of their healing, wholing and soul-rooted living. Somatic Archaeology deeply supports and informs her work.

I continue to be humbled by the power and expanse of this work, I see life changes in my clients that are far beyond my imagination. I am aware of the impact on my life, and to see the growth and evolution in the lives of those I touch, and those they touch, is an inspiration for all.
Somatic Archaeology has opened my practice to a profoundly deep level in my understanding of how to process and integrate trauma in a gentle way and how to support the client in experiencing the immense brilliance of their own body.
